The PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) program is one of the most thoroughly researched social skills interventions available for teens and young adults. Developed at UCLA, PEERS® teaches practical, real-world social skills — including how to make and keep friends, handle conflict, respond to teasing, and navigate social situations with confidence. Research consistently shows strong, long-lasting outcomes for participants.
At Q Behavioral, our virtual PEERS® groups are led by Matthew Quiroz, a UCLA-certified PEERS® provider. Groups run multiple times throughout the year in a structured, supportive online environment.
